Living on Railroad Island

Railroad Island contains a widely diverse collection of owner-occupied and rental housing stock - from senior apartments to charming "fixer-uppers", with a goodly helping of newer-construction townhouses and single-family houses thrown in.  There is a planned new co-housing development located at Rivoli Bluff, for more than 30 single family homes on the upper west corner of Railroad Island.  If you're interested in living here, a good place to start is with our friends at Dayton's Bluff Neighborhood Housing Services (http://www.dbnhs.org) or with the East Side Neighborhood Development Company (www.esndc.org).
